The Maritime Building, opened in 1911, was initially constructed as a warehouse and manufacturing facility to house new Seattle companies. Although the tenants may have changed over the past 87 years, the concept remains the same. The offices that occupy the Maritime Building belong to a professional "community" where they work together in a positive and creative environment.
